How do I transfer a D&G reservation if a patron replaces a library card?

When a patron replaces a lost or damaged card, please take these steps:
  • Note the patron's current card number before updating their account and replacing the card.
  • Note the patron's new card number.
  • Contact the Califa Help desk: https://helpdesk.califa.org/
  • On the form: Name and Email fields should be name and email address of staff submitting the request
  • Provide Califa with the following information in the Message field:
  1. The old card number
  2. The new card number 
  3. The patron's name
  4. The attraction name (if possible)
  5. Indicate whether the patron just needs the reservation transferred, or they need a printed pass (as a PDF) too. (A printed pass should only be necessary if their reservation is fairly soon, like today or tomorrow.)
